Guided expert support to help you support your child’s learning at home
Would you like to support your child’s learning yourself, but feel unsure about what to work on or how best to help?
Support Your Own Child is a personalised package combining expert guidance, practical resources and tailored learning activities that you can use with your child at home.
£150 – individual value £170
The package includes:
- 2 × 55-minute Parent Support sessions
- 8 tailored learning sessions/activities
- Carefully selected resources and activities
- Practical guidance on how to put the recommendations into practice
- A follow-up session to review progress and agree next steps
Two ways to personalise the package
Following an Educational MOT assessment – recommended
If your child has completed an Educational MOT, I can use the assessment findings to give you a clear, step-by-step breakdown of how to put the recommendations into practice at home and select eight learning sessions specifically matched to your child’s needs.
Choose your own areas of focus
An Educational MOT assessment isn’t essential. If you already know the areas you’d like to work on, simply tell me what you’d like your child to focus on and I will select suitable activities and resources.
This is a great option for parents who want to take an active role in their child’s learning, are waiting for a tutoring place, or would like expert guidance without committing to ongoing weekly tutoring.
I met with Diane first of all with my daughter for a Literacy MOT. It went really well and she put her at ease instantly. I then met up again for a parent support session. The information Diane gave me was fantastic. It was detailed, well explained and the take home worksheets are really good.
I definitely recommend Diane and will be back if I need more assistance in the future.
